dOCUMENTA 13 – Symposium “Western Sahara – a colonial conflict in our time”
8th - 15th July
A series of public talks in the Sahrawi Tent (Khaima) by Robin Kahn –“The Art of Sahrawi Cooking”, Karlsaue, Kassel. The Program includes eminent speakers from the academic and socio-political sphere, NGOs, artists and eye witnesses of Sahrawi life, films, music and discussion. The list is open to guest speakers who will be announced online and in leaflets throughout the week.

The talks are being organized by artist Bettina Semmer, Berlin (bettinasemmer@googlemail.com), and will be held in English and German language. http://talkattent.blogspot.de

Schedule:
Daily  6 - 8 pm, panel of speakers with Q & A for the public.
Daily 10 am - 6pm Sahrawi tea, films and analogue chat.
